Presentation of the Company
ECOVIS Corporate Finance CZ s.r.o. (hereinafter “ECF”) is an investment banking boutique that provides advisory services mostly in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. ECF’s eight years successful presence in the market has been built on its key team members’ experience. They participated in and assisted with many important transactions in Central Europe as well as in China for a vast number of clients, both Czech and international corporations, on either buy- or sell-side. The skills of ECF team are then combined in co-operation with those of the partner company ECOVIS International, which provides its advisory services through more than 5,000 professionals in over 60 countries and 120 offices in Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa. This co-operation enables ECF and its clients to benefit, if and when necessary, from the skills of a global professional network.
